After graduating from college Rachel
Harkham found herself armed with a degree in cocktail
party chit-chat, but with no real practical skills-
undeterred she set out to find and follow her bliss
in NYC. After 30 jobs, marrying her husband, moving
to a cabin in the woods of Rockland County, getting
pregnant, and about 3 months of marathon-style viewing
of the food channel. Rachel tries a chocolate truffle
recipe- and hits gold the first time out!!!! Roxy
Chocsmith was born (about 2 month earlier than her
son). Serious experimentation and chocolate alchemy
ensued. Taste tests were conducted, questionnaires
were foisted on kind chocolate-loving friends. The
responses were unanimous “Gimme
more” “Chocolate heaven” “Marry
me!”
Rachel looks forward to further choxploration
by creating new and delicious flavors, continuing
to focus on freshness, flavor, and of course fun.
