The
Blondes:
White
chocolate centers often infused or mixed
with other flavors that work with vanilla. Sweet,
smooth, quirky, and fun.
vanilla bean:
White chocolate ganache center flecked with tahitian and madagascar vanilla beans and further enhanced by pure vanilla extract. The dark chocolate coating provides the perfect complement to the vanilla.. A definite must for vanilla lovers.
strawberry shortcake:
Another dessert inspired classic. An unmistakable vanilla-strawberry center, a layer of white chocolate and a crunchy coating of vanilla wafer crumbs.
creme brulee:
The crown jewel in Roxy’s repertoire! A rich vanilla center with tell-tale vanilla bean flecks, and just the slightest hint of orange essence. Adorned with a magnificent layer of crushed burnt sugar. Is it a chocolate or is it candy? Whatever it is, it’s just right.
maple walnut:
A northeastern inspired delight. A comforting sweet maple flavored center, covered
in white chocolate and then rolled in a layer of finely chopped toasted walnuts. Have
some for breakfast, have some whenever....
cookies
n’ cream:
Cookies- good, sweet cream-good. Chopped bits of oreo cookie fleck the
white chocolate center, which is then covered in a mixture of milk and semi-sweet
and then rolled in crushed oreo cookies. Chocolate with crunch. It’s
all good.
lemon gingersnap:
The creamy good white center kicked up with fresh lemon rind and lemon juice,
giving it just the right amount of citrus joy. Covered in white chocolate
and then rolled in gingersnap crumbs for a slightly spicy and enjoyably crunchy
shell. It’s taste travel- taking you from sweet to tangy
to spicy- and leaving you happily at “mmmmmmmmm”
